Display the QR code on another screen or print it securely. On the phone, open the Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan menu and scan the code.

Do not scan a code already installed on another device unless the product explicitly supports transfer. Most Airalo profiles cannot be reinstalled.

Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code exactly as shown. Manual installation is useful when scanning fails. Treat the credentials like a password.

If activation is stuck

“Activating” can remain visible until the phone reaches the supported destination network. Check the package activation policy before treating it as a failure.
